Oberstar Gets an Award from the Izaak Walton League

Minnesota Congressman Jim Oberstar has been awarded the "Great Lakes Protection Award" from the Great Lakes Committee of the Izaak Walton League. Committee Chair Jill Crafton said Oberstar was selected because of his work on the Great Lakes Compact.
