Ideal Beef on a Spit

An estimated two thousand are expected to experience the 31st annual Beef Feed today in Ideal Township . Serving begins at 4 pm. Rob Birkland tells KLKS News, it's a neighborhood event with great food.
He says the proceeds will be used to help pay for a fire boat they have recently acquired. It is a government surplus craft used for both rescue work and fire fighting.
